Pet lovers might find it difficult to get rental properties because many owners do not want their assets to be damaged or made dirty by pets. The owners are expected to teach their pets obedience. Owners usually do not like to keep aggressive and hostile animals in their premises because these can be a threat to visitors.
Many owners ask their tenants to get licenses for their pets before letting them into an accommodation on hire because this ensures that the pets that are allowed into their assets are physically and mentally healthy. Mentally unhealthy pets can be very dangerous especially when it comes to keeping them in premises that have children. Some owners of rental properties ask their tenants to impair the reproductive mechanisms of their pets so that they do not mate around and produce offspring that might litter the entire premises. On the whole, an animal lover has to guarantee no damage to the accommodation that he moves into on account of his pet and he has to work very hard towards that end.
